The new Intervent Ventilation Systems MVS-9G unit utilises brushless dc motor technology and a polymeric forward curved impeller to ensure that power consumption and running costs are kept to a minimum while product life is extended way beyond the limitations of conventional ac motors. The unit is also fitted with constant volumetric flow control to make it self-commissioning – preset the required airflow by setting the dip switches on the unit and the motor speed is electronically adjusted to deliver that performance independently of the system resistance through the ducting and terminations. Furthermore the unit will compensate for any long term build up of dust and fluff in the system to deliver the required performance.

The unit can also be supplied with an optional wireless remote speed control and induct humidistat. The MVS-9GR provides intelligent humidity control and reacts rapidly to increases in humidity caused by showers and cooking.
Motor speed is increased automatically when an increase in relative humidity is picked up in the airflow and the unit remains at this higher level for an adjustable time period before returning to the lower speed setting. The MVS-9G and 9GR units provide a single unit solution to ensure a healthy, well ventilated home - invisibly and quietly working to provide a better indoor environment for all types and sizes of dwelling.
